Q: How do I buy tickets?
Tickets to the Patron Dinner and Live Art Auction, as well as the After Party, can be purchased here. Tables are also available for purchase, with 10 available seats.
Q: What is the After Party?
Come boogie down and celebrate with us! DJ, beverages, and dance floor provided. Silent Art Auction continues until 10:30pm, with the After Party closing down at midnight.
Q: Where is the event?
2701 NW Vaughn Street. You've probably seen the red glowing "Montgomery Park" sign in the evenings from Downtown Portland. See the map below for directions to the venue from your location.
Q: What should I wear?
The Art Auction is a formal, black-tie event. This year, the theme is Art Deco - 1920s and 1930s inspired attire welcome.
Q: What's on the menu?
Food in Bloom Catering will provide a great spread for the evening, including hors d'oeuvres and beverages:
asparagus and arugula salad (gf)
grilled asparagus, arugula, strawberries, shaved sweet onion, willow creek cheese, and hazelnut vinaigrette
corn brined and seared chicken breast
with sweet pea cous cous, shaved fennel, scallion, mama lil's
spring pea farro risotto (vegetarian)
served with a grilled polenta
with lemon curd and burnt merengue
After Party hors d'oeurves will be provided by local restaurants
Q: How can I help?
The Art Auction is made possible by our family of supporters. Galleries, artists, and collectors can donate their art for the Auction. There are also plenty of volunteer opportunities on the night of the event. Can't make it? Consider a contribution to Cascade AIDS Project to support our important work.
